Abhayangam

This is traditional Ayurveda therapy where patients are treated with application pure medicated Ayurvedic oil on the whole body with movements given by the therapist. Selection of oil to be used is usually suggested by Ayurvedic Physicians based on the body condition nature of dhosas. Some benefits of this treatment include:
